| 1/2 kg shrimps 15 garlic cloves 1 small coriander bunch with stems 5 big cooked and strained tomatoes 3 tbsp Rosa Blanca 1/2 cup Oriental Soy Sauce 1/2 cup rum 2 beer small chilies olive oil |

Method |

| Fry garlic, add coriander weed and chopped chilies. Stir in
tomato, Rosa Blanca together with Oriental Soy Sauce, rum and one
beer. Set aside so the sauce gets seasoned. Add shrimps and the remaining beer Season with salt. |
