| • Fillet chosen mushrooms. Heat butter in frying
pan, sauté onion and chili; add mushrooms and sauté. Add Tequila and
flame • Stir in soy sauces, enough to leave some broth, squeeze lemon juice over it • Add chicken or beef broth |
